How Enlistra collects, uses, discloses, and protects information

Effective date: October 22, 2026  |  Operator: SilkennSkills LLC

Questions: support@enlistra.com

This Privacy Policy explains how SilkennSkills LLC (“SilkennSkills,” “Enlistra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit or use Enlistra’s website, applications, tools, and related services (the “Service”). It should be published only after the bracketed items and descriptions below are verified against actual systems and vendors.

1. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the Service and which features are enabled, we may collect the following categories:

  • Account and contact information: name, email address, login identifiers, account preferences, and support correspondence.
  • Billing and transaction information: plan, subscription status, invoices, transaction identifiers, billing country, and limited payment metadata. Card details may be handled directly by the payment processor rather than stored by Enlistra; confirm the actual arrangement before publishing.
  • Usage and device information: pages and tools used, feature interactions, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device details, diagnostics, and security logs.
  • Research inputs and outputs: keywords, search filters, product or shop URLs, saved projects, exports, and results generated or requested through the Service.
  • Integration information: authorization tokens, identifiers, or data made available when you connect a third-party account. The specific fields and permissions depend on the integration and must be described accurately here.
  • Communications: messages you send to support and information needed to respond to your requests.

We do not intend to collect sensitive personal information unless a feature expressly requires it and the collection is lawful. Please do not submit sensitive information unless it is necessary and you are authorized to do so.

2. How we use information

We may use information to provide and personalize the Service; authenticate users; process subscriptions and payments; perform requested research; save settings and projects; provide support; communicate service notices; maintain security; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot errors; understand usage and improve features; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

3. Legal bases where applicable

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Service), consent, compliance with legal obligations, or another lawful basis available under applicable law. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it as permitted by law.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The Service may use essential cookies or similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, secure accounts, and make core functions work. If enabled, analytics or advertising technologies may help us measure traffic, understand feature usage, or deliver marketing. The actual technologies used, their providers, retention periods, and opt-out controls must be listed in the live version of this Policy.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Browser controls may not disable every technology, and blocking essential cookies may affect functionality. Where required by law, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

Current cookie and analytics providers:

  • Google Analytics 4 — website traffic and usage analytics.

  • Meta Pixel — advertising measurement and campaign performance, if enabled.

  • Essential WordPress cookies — authentication, security, and session management.

Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies are used only in accordance with the site’s applicable consent requirements and privacy policy.

5. How we share information

We may disclose information to service providers that help operate Enlistra, such as hosting, authentication, customer support, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, security, and infrastructure providers. They may process information on our behalf under applicable contractual and legal requirements.

We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with law or valid legal process; protect rights, safety, and security; investigate fraud or abuse; enforce our Terms; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. Whether any advertising or analytics activity constitutes “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a similar regulated activity depends on the actual technologies used and applicable law. Confirm this statement and provide any legally required opt-out mechanism before publication.

6. Connected Accounts and Third-Party Platforms

If you choose to connect an account or authorize a third-party integration, Enlistra may receive information permitted by the permissions you approve. We use this information to provide the requested features, maintain connections, deliver relevant analytics, and support security and troubleshooting. Third-party services may have their own privacy policies and terms, which you should review before authorizing a connection.

Etsy Integration

When you authorize an Etsy connection, Enlistra may request read access to shop information, listings, and transactions, subject to the permissions granted by Etsy and the data made available through its API.

Depending on the connected features and successful API responses, the information processed may include shop identifiers and details, listing titles and identifiers, listing URLs and images, prices, shop-reported performance statistics, and available transaction information. This information is used to identify your connected shop and provide supported shop, listing, sales, and revenue analytics.

Enlistra stores Etsy connection credentials and related connection information in WordPress user metadata. OAuth credentials are encrypted before storage. Analytics responses may be cached temporarily to improve performance.

You can disconnect your Etsy account through the Etsy disconnection option in Enlistra’s account settings, where available. Disconnecting removes the stored Etsy connection credentials and supported Etsy-specific cached information. It does not necessarily delete research history or other records previously created in Enlistra. You may also revoke Enlistra’s authorization through Etsy’s connected-app settings, where that option is available.

You can request deletion of remaining Etsy-related information through Enlistra’s support or privacy contact. Enlistra will review and process valid requests in accordance with its applicable retention obligations and legal requirements.

Other Third-Party Services

If you authorize other integrations, Enlistra may process information permitted by those integrations for the features you request. Access may be subject to separate authorization, usage limits, and third-party terms.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Enlistra retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account functionality, administer subscriptions, preserve required business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Retention depends on the type of information and how it is used:

  • Account information: Retained while the account is active and handled through the account deletion process when deletion is requested.

  • Billing and transaction records: May be retained as required for accounting, tax, payment processing, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations, even after account deletion.

  • Support messages: Retained as needed to resolve support requests, maintain relevant service records, and meet legal obligations.

  • Usage logs and security records: Retained as needed for service operation, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and security.

  • Research history, saved items, collections, and research jobs: Retained according to account functionality and applicable deletion procedures.

  • Integration data: Connected-account credentials are removed through the supported disconnection process. Previously stored research or analytics records may require separate deletion.

  • Backups: Information in backups may remain until those backups are rotated or securely removed under the applicable backup-retention process.

When you delete your Enlistra account, the account deletion workflow is intended to remove the account and associated user data covered by that workflow. Certain billing, security, legal, or other records may be retained where permitted or required by law.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate processes. Users with an active paid subscription may be required to cancel the subscription and have its status verified before continuing with account deletion. Deleting an account should not be treated as confirmation that a recurring subscription has been cancelled.

Where available, Enlistra will send an account deletion confirmation email after the deletion process completes. Email delivery depends on the availability and correct configuration of the email service.

Specific retention periods will be published when they have been verified against Enlistra’s actual systems and operational practices.

8. Security

Enlistra uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, account credentials, connected-account data, and research records.

Safeguards may include access controls, authentication, authorization checks, encrypted storage of supported integration credentials, and controls intended to prevent unauthorized access to user data.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and Enlistra cannot guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their passwords and developer tokens and should not share secret credentials publicly.

If a security incident occurs, Enlistra will investigate and respond and provide notifications as required by applicable law.

9. International Processing

Information may be processed or stored in countries other than your country of residence, depending on Enlistra’s hosting infrastructure, payment providers, email services, and other service providers.

Where required by applicable law, Enlistra will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

The specific hosting locations, processing locations, service providers, and international-transfer mechanisms will be identified in this Policy or related privacy documentation once verified against Enlistra’s actual hosting configuration and service-provider arrangements.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or restrict certain uses of your personal information; object to some processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision about a privacy request. Rights are subject to applicable exceptions and verification requirements.

To submit a request, email support@enlistra.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity and may ask for information reasonably necessary to process the request. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority or other regulator.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone below the age at which they can lawfully enter into a binding agreement in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information improperly, contact us.

12. Third-party websites

The Service may link to third-party websites or tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Policy. We encourage you to review those policies before sharing information.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service, our vendors, or legal requirements change. We will revise the effective date and provide notice where required by law. The updated Policy applies from its stated effective date.
